1. What does "open box" mean?
Open Box Blankets have been inspected by our staff and are in good, clean condition and are fully functional. These blankets were purchased and returned to our store. They are the best of returned blankets that may show signs of slight wear, or new blankets pulled from production due to minor stitching flaws or bead color irregularities. We recommend washing the blanket before use.
2. What is the return policy for open box blankets?
Open box blankets are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
3. Can I use a discount on a open box blanket?
No additional discounts can be applied on open box blankets as they are already significantly discounted.
4. When is the sale?
The open box sale starts Friday, April 5 at 9am central time through Monday, April 8 at 11:59 pm central time while supplies last. Once a blanket is sold out, it will not be restocked. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Which weight is right for me?

6. Are the blankets hot?
We have three different fabrics: CoolMax, quilting cotton, and flannel. The CoolMax blanket wicks away heat and moisture to help keep you cool & dry. The 100% quilting cotton is a neutral temperature that does not add much warmth. The flannel fabric is designed to keep you warm and cozy.
7. What size are they?
Each of our blankets are made for individual use. Our cotton and flannel blankets are 42” x 70” while our CoolMax blankets are 54” x 74”.
8. Can I wash my blanket?
Yes - all of our blankets are machine washable. You can wash them in warm or cold water, and tumble dry on low.
9. When will I receive my order?
Most orders will ship mid-week after the sale. Please allow 3-6 business days for transit time. Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
