I have suffered with sleeping issues for 30 years now - essentially all of my adult life. My primary doctor tried EVERY sleep medication with me, and I tried OTC versions as well...essentially you name it, I tried it. A couple of them caused me horrific nightmares. I no longer wake up with night sweats. If I do wake up in the middle of the night, I go back to sleep immediately --- that did not happen before this blanket. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. I wake up happy!
